• Very interesting and unusual piece. Experimental/convertible skirt
• I'm still not 100% sure how it works but I think I have it down pat. You put it on as a longer skirt with the elastic at the bottom and then 'bubble' the elastic band up to the waist, creating a layered, voluminous mini
• Pure silk, maybe with a hint of spandex cause it has quite a bounce to it
